I have bought a new wireless Microsoft mouse and keyboard (wireless desktop 3000) it seems that the 'Microsoft® 2.4GHz Transceiver v7.0' cannot be installed properly as I kept receiving this message every time I update the driver. And it also says 'windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date. Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Detection Driver (USB). And when opened the driver's properties this is the Device status: ' This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1) The parameter is incorrect. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.' Any help PLEASE?
